Learn this pole trick with Yvonne

A check list before you try this trick

1. A good warm up for your hip flexors, piriformis and glute muscles since they will be needed to give you nice attitude legs

2. A good warm up for your biceps and front shoulders for your elbow grip

3. A strong elbow grip - this trick is an elbow killer!

Tips for the trick

1. Arch your upper body and lean towards the pole

2. Twist your body outward to grab the outside leg and extend it up

3. Grip firmly with your elbow as if you are trying to hug the pole with it
