Jade Split with Quan Bui
The second pole trick in our Active April 2016 challenge is Jade split by Quan Bui.
Jade is a beautiful trick. Here are some fun facts about it by Pole Dancing Adventures:
There are many ways you can do this trick: on the floor, with or without hand on your hip, or variation by grabbing your back leg.
You actually do not need to have a perfect square split in order to do this trick. Read more about tips for this trick here. Nevertheless, some flexibility on your hips will definitely help you get a flatter split: your front leg will need flexibility on your hamstrings and glute while your back leg requires flexibility on your hip flexors. Check out StretchIt and Fit and Bendy for exercises to improve hip flexibility.
